The Learned Counsel for the Appellants would submit that in view of the order dated 05.06.2026 passed by the NCLT, this appeal has become infructuous and seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal.

The Learned Counsel for the Appellants further seeks permission to file a pursis to the said effect. Permission is granted and the same is taken on record.
