ORDER
The parties to the instant company appeal have entered into a settlement, laying its terms in the Memorandum of Understanding dated 03.12.2025, which has been placed on record along with the memorandum of this application, which has been duly signed by all the parties to these company appeals. The terms of the Memorandum of Understanding are stated to have been accepted by all the parties to the appeals. Owing to the aforesaid Memorandum of Understanding that has been entered between the parties on 03.12.2025, the respective Appellants of the company appeals seek to withdraw the company appeals.
Owing to the aforesaid reasons given in the Memorandum of Withdrawal, these 'company appeals' would stand 'dismissed' as 'withdrawn'.
