Learned PCS Mr. Vinodkumar S. Shah appeared for the Operational Creditor.
Learned Counsel for the Operational Creditor brought to our notice that the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process has already initiated against the same Corporate Debtor i.e. Dhanurdhar Processors Pvt Ltd. vide its order dated 05.06.2020 in CP(IB) No. 357 of 2018. In view of this, the present IB Petition stands disposed of being infructuous.
The Operational Creditor is at liberty to approach IRP/Resolution Professional to lodge its claim and Resolution Professional to consider the same as per the Rules.
Accordingly, CP(IB) No. 731 of 2019 stands disposed of being infructuous.
