Judgment
Honourable Mr. Justice S.R. Brahmbhatt
Learned advocate Ms. Medha Pandya, appearing for the petitioner submits that in light of the government order dated 18.12.2012, now the grievance of the petitioner really would not survive and she submits that the petition be disposed of accordingly. However, while disposing of this petition, let there be liberty to petitioner to approach the District Education Officer, Surat with appropriate representation for the matters mentioned in the order dated 18.12.2012 and the District Education Officer be directed to dispose of the matter within 30 days. Learned advocate Mr. Jasani, appearing for the respondent No. 1 & 3 and learned AGP Mr. H.S. Soni have no objection and Mr. Jasani in addition submits that liberty to challenge the order if it is adverse to respondents.
In view of the aforesaid request and submissions of the learned Counsels, this petition is disposed of. Petitioner is at liberty to approach District Education Officer for the remaining grievances as mentioned in the letter dated 18.12.2012 and petitioner approaches the District Education Officer within 10 days from today then District Education Officer shall dispose of the same within 45 days from receiving the representation. Liberty to all to file fresh proceedings in case of any adverse order.
