Judgment
Sandeep Sharma, J
Learned counsel representing the petitioners, on instructions states that the petitioners would be content and satisfied in case they are permitted to file representations qua their grievances, which have been raised in the present petition, to the Principal Secretary (Education) to the Govt. of Himachal Pradesh, in the light of subsequent developments and authority(s) concerned may be directed to decide the representations in a time bound manner. Learned Additional Advocate General is not averse to the aforesaid prayer, being innocuous.
Consequently, the present petition is disposed of with liberty reserved to the petitioners to file representations, if any, within a period of four weeks from today, with further direction to respondent No.1, to decide the same, expeditiously, in accordance with law, preferably within four weeks after receipt of the representations.
Needless to say that the authority(s) concerned while considering and deciding the representations, if any, filed on behalf of the petitioners would afford opportunity of being heard to them if so required and desired. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
