After some hearing, Ms. Priya Kumar, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this petition as she submits that the petitioner intends to move the Central Administrative Tribunal for review.

The petition is permitted to be withdrawn in the above terms.
3.
We make it clear that, in case the review is filed within a period of two weeks from today, it would not be dismissed on the ground of limitation.

However, we do not express any opinion on whether the review would lie on merits or on the merits of the rival contentions of the parties.
