Mrs. Avnish Ahlawat, learned Standing Counsel for the petitioners, after some hearing, seeks liberty to withdraw this writ petition as she intends to move to the Central Administrative Tribunal1 by moving an appropriate proceedings, to point out before the Tribunal that the order of which execution was sought in MA 591/2024 already stood complied with and thus, therefore, the statement made by learned Counsel as recorded in para 4 of the order was perhaps inadvertent.

Restricted to this aspect, the petitioners are given permission to re-approach the Tribunal.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.

We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of Mrs. Ahlawat’s submission.
