While placing on copy of office order dated 1.8.2023 issued by the Managing Director, Himachal Road Transport Corporation, learned counsel for the respondents states that the mandate contained in the order sought to be executed stands duly complied with.

Having perused the aforesaid office order, which is taken on record, this court finds that pursuant to the mandate contained in the order sought to be executed, services of the petitioner Nek Ram Petrol Pump Attendant have been regularized with effect from 1.1.2001 instead of 7.2.2007, subject to final outcome of LPA filed by the Corporation against order dated 30.12.2022 passed in CWPOA No. 4199 of 2019 titled Nek Ram v. Himachal Road Transport Corporation and another.

In view of above, nothing remains to be executed in the instant proceedings, which are accordingly closed. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to get the present petition revived, in case, consequential financial benefits are not released in favour of the petitioner, so that appropriate orders are passed for execution of the mandate contained in the order sought to be executed.

The petition stands disposed of in the afore terms.
