Judgment

By way of present petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following main relief(s):-
"(i) that the directions may kindly be issued to the respondent Corporation to regularize the services of the petitioner w.e.f 01.12.2019 with all consequential benefits."
Learned counsel appearing for the parties are ad-idem that the present lis is squarely covered by the judgment rendered by this Court in CWP No. 2110 of 2019 titled as Rajinder Kumar versus Himachal Road Transport Corporation and another decided on 22.10.2019, and the petitioner shall be content and satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider his case in light of the judgment(Supra).
Consequently, without going into the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner in light of judgment rendered in CWP No. 2110 of 2019 titled as Rajinder Kumar versus Himachal Road Transport Corporation and another decided on 22.10.2019, within a period of four weeks from today. All pending applications stand disposed of accordingly.
