Notice. Mr. Vikas Rajpoot, learned Standing Counsel, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents.

The present writ petition has been filed mainly with the following prayer:-

“The respondent may kindly be directed to regularize the services of petitioner from the date of her initial appointment alongwith all

consequential benefits like seniority, pay fixation and arrears etc. or similar treatment may also be extended to petitioner as given to other

similar situated persons on basis of judgment HRTC versus Lekh Ram without any discrimination.â€​

Heard.

Both learned counsel for the parties, submit that the present case is squarely covered by a judgment dated 08.02.2019 (Annexure P-4), delivered by

Hon’ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal Nos.1557-1564 of 2019, tilted “Himachal Road Transport Corporation versus Lekh Ram etc. etc.â€,

and pray that this petition may be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid judgment.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and the prayer made in the present writ petition, we deem it proper to dispose of

this petition with permission to the petitioner to make a detailed representation before the respondents/competent authority, in terms of aforesaid

judgment, for claiming similar relief, as claimed in the present writ petition, within a period of two week from today. On making such representation by

the petitioner, the respondents/competent authority shall consider the same and take conscious decision thereon, in accordance with the aforesaid

judgment dated 08.02.2019 (Annexure P-4) of the Hon’ble Supreme Court, within a period of two months thereafter.

With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of, so also pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
