Mr. Rakesh Kumar Dogra, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the judgment rendered by Hon'ble Supreme Court, in Civil Appeal Nos.1557-1564 of 2019 (Arising out of SLP (C) Nos.16158-16165/2016), titled Himachal Road Transport Corporation versus Lekh Ram and others and prays that the instant writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid judgment.

In view of the above submissions, we deem it proper to dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to the petitioner to make a detailed representation before the respondent-competent authority, highlighting the aforesaid judgment rendered by Hon'ble Supreme Court, within a period of one week from today. On making such representation by the petitioner, the respondent-competent authority is directed to consider the same in light of the aforesaid judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court and take a conscious decision in the matter within three months thereafter.

Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
