Narendra Nath Tiwari, J.—The Petitioners are accused in the case registered under Sections 18/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners submitted that the Petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case; nothing incriminating has been recovered from their possession; 50 plants of Ganja were seized from outside the Petitioners'' house; suspicion has been raised against the Petitioners only on that basis; there is no cogent material against them; Petitioners are in custody since December, 2010; they are local permanent residents; there is no chance of their absconding.

Learned A.P.P. opposed the Petitioners'' prayer for bail, but has not disputed the said contentions of learned Counsel for the Petitioners.

Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, the Petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount, each, to the satisfaction of learned District and Sessions Judge, Latehar in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 24 of 2010 arising out of Barwadih P.S. Case No. 86 of 2010.
