Counsel for the appellant submits that an amicable settlement has been arrived at between the parties to this Cyber Appeal. Respondent is appearing as a Party-In-Person and has submitted that he has voluntarily entered into a settlement which has been reduce in writing and the photocopy whereof has been produced before this Tribunal which is taken on record.

Having heard the counsels for both the sides and looking to the settlement arrived at between the parties, it appears that the appellant has to pay Rs.23,70,610/- to the respondent which they are paying today by the way of Bank Draft. The respondent is accepting the Bank Draft of the amount in the open Court.

We hereby direct the Manager of this appellant viz. Mr. Anupam Goel, who is present in the Court, to go at the residence of the respondent for giving the TDS certificate to the respondent and shall upload details of the TDS amount in the account of the respondent accurately. The aforesaid TDS certificate shall be supplied by the aforesaid manager of the appellant within a period of two weeks.

In view of the aforesaid settlement arrived at, the respondent submits that he is withdrawing all the allegations against this appellant.

In view of these submissions, the Cyber Appeal is hereby disposed of as withdrawn. Interim relief, if any, stands vacated.
