Learned counsel appears on behalf of the Opposite party nos.1,2 and 3.
Notice upon the O.P.Nos.1,2,3,4, 11, 12 and 22 have been validly served.
Notice upon O.P.Nos.9 and 10 have been received by their respective wife.
Notice upon the O.P.Nos.13, 14 and 20 have been received by their son.
Notice upon the O.P.Nos.23 to 25 have been received by their mother.
Thus, notice upon them is deemed to be validly served.
Notice upon the O.P.Nos.8 and 18 have not been served.
Learned counsel for the petitioners will take fresh steps for notice upon O.P.Nos.8 and 18 by registered post with A/d as well as under ordinary process for which requisites must be filed within a week.
Office note further suggest that O.P.Nos.5,6,7,15,16,17,19 and 21 have left for their heavenly abode.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will take further steps with regard to the persons who have left for their heavenly abode within two weeks.
