The instant criminal misc. application has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for modification in the order dated 17.12.2019 passed by this Court in S.B. Criminal Misc. Petition No.6741/2019, whereby this Court ordered that the petitioner may be released on depositing the 20% of the cheque amount instead of fine amount.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after passing of the aforesaid order, the petitioner could not deposit the amount, so the petitioner is behind the bars from last about eleven months and the appeal is yet pending before learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge No.3, Bikaner, therefore, the counsel submits that the Appellate Court may be directed to dispose of the appeal as early as possible.
In view of submission made by the counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge No.3, Bikaner is directed to dispose of the Criminal Appeal No.284/2019 expeditiously.
The Misc. Application is disposed of accordingly.
