The instant cr. misc. application has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. in pursuance of the order dated 10.05.2019 passed by this Court in S.B. Criminal Revision Petition No.878/2018 whereby the revision petition was disposed of on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties and the petitioner was directed to deposit 15% of cheque amount with the Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority, Jodhpur within a period of four weeks.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that due to some unavoidable circumstances, the petitioner could not deposit 15% of the cheque amount as directed by this Court vide order dated 10.05.2019. Counsel submits that the petitioner may be granted some time to deposit the aforesaid amount.
In view of submission made, one week’s time is granted to the petitioner to deposit 15% of the cheque amount with the Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority, Jodhpur. Upon depositing the same, the petitioner shall be released, forthwith if not required in any other case.
In case the amount is not deposited by the petitioner within the stipulated period, the revision petition may be listed before this Court for passing appropriate orders.
The criminal misc. application is disposed of.
