Judgment
This Application seeks review of order of this Tribunal dated 14.09.2022 in O.A No. 165/2021, Girja Shankar Rai & Ors. v. State of Uttar Pradesh & Ors. In fact, the grievance in the application is confined to seeking clarification that directions to remove encroachments are not confined to buffer zone of lake but also cover the area shown as park in the master plan.

Consistent with the tenor of the order, direction has to cover encroachments of the park also. We clarify accordingly.
