[1] Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 16.05.2022, Mr. Juno Rahman, learned counsel for the DCI represented that he already produced the experience certificate of Respondent No.6 before this Court and the same were served to Mr. HS Paonam, learned senior counsel for the petitioner and also to Mr. I. Lalitkumar, learned senior counsel for Respondent No.6 and the same is recorded.

[2] It is reported by Mr. I. Lalitkumar, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No.6 that he has filed an additional affidavit on behalf of Respondent No.6 before this Court and the same were served to Mr. HS Paonam, learned senior counsel for the petitioner.

[3] Mr. H. Samarjit, learned GA representing Mr. Lenin Hijam, learned Advocate General represented that additional affidavit on behalf of Respondent No.2 has been filed before this Court and the same were served to Mr. HS Paonam, learned senior counsel for the petitioner.

[4] Therefore, post these matters on 30.05.2022 for final hearing.

[5] Interim order already granted by this Court is extended till then.
