Judgment
Heard Mr. K. Roshan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr. Th. Sukumar, learned Government Advocate appearing for the State
respondents, Mr. RS. Reisang, learned senior counsel appearing for the MPSC, Mr. Th. Tolpishak, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.
5, Mr. I. Denning, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 4 and Mr. A. Mohendro, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 6.
It has been submitted that counter affidavit on behalf of the MPSC has been filed and the counsel representing respondents No. 5 and 6 prays for
granting 1(one) week’s time for filing their respective counter affidavits.
On the other hand, Mr. K. Roshan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also sought for 1(one) week’s time for filing rejoinder affidavit to
the counter affidavit filed by the MPSC.
Prayer is allowed.
List these cases again on 07.04.2021.
In the meantime, the parties may exchange their affidavits.
Interim order passed earlier shall continue till the next date.
