We have heard the arguments on the application for waiver of cost imposed on 18.12.2024 on account of delay in filing of the reply by the Respondents.
Ld. Counsel for the Complainant has opposed the application stating that the cost imposed by the Authority is justified and that Respondents are adopting dilatory tactics.
Ld. Counsel for the Respondents submitted that on account of some miscommunication by the clerk the filing of the reply got delayed. These averments are not supported by any affidavit. Neither the details of the said clerk have been mentioned nor the affidavit explains what was the miscommunication done by the clerk.
No ground found for waiver of the cost, hence the application for waiver of the cost filed by the Respondents is hereby dismissed.
