IO/SI Nikhil Singh informed the Authority that the case is still being investigated.
The Authority also considered the application moved on behalf of the Respondents Society for waiver of cost imposed by the Authority vide its order dated 22.02.2022.
Ld. Counsel for Respondents submitted that he could not appear on 22.02.2022 as he was sick but could not communicate his inability to appear on behalf of the Respondents. After considering the grounds mentioned in the application Authority decided to waive of the cost.
