U.Durga Prasad Rao, J

1.

The petitioner seeks writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in trying to lay road through the petitioner’s property an extent of 4127.80 square meters covered by Survey No.85/1 and an extent of 2549.52 square meters covered by Survey No.82/3B2, Jeegiram Village, Salur Mandal, Vizianagaram District, without paying awarded compensation amount and settling the petitioner’s claim as illegal, arbitrary and for a consequential direction.

2.

Heard learned counsel for petitioner, Sri V.Ch.Naidu and learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition representing on behalf of respondents.

3.

Learned Government Pleader obtained written instructions from the 4th respondent vide Rc.No.1146/2015/DT(LR), dated 26.05.2022 and produced before this Court and submits that the compensation amount of ₹19,32,676/- as ordered was deposited before C.A.L.A. and the same is laying before the said Authority. Learned Government Pleader would thus submit that the petitioner can withdraw the said amount by approaching the concerned authority.

4.

Recording the above submission made by learned Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate measures for withdrawal of the deposited amount before the concerned authority and also the other legal steps seeking for enhanced compensation as it is one of the arguments of the learned counsel for petitioner that they deserve more higher compensation.

As a sequel, interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
