Judgment
V. Sujatha, J
The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“to issue a Writ or Order more in the nature of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in proceeding to pass award and disburse the compensation amount in favour of the 3rd respondent for the land to an extent of Ac.5.00 cents situated in Survey No.685, Gani village, Gadivemula Mandal, Kurnool District as illegal and arbitrary.
Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent placed on record a copy of the Award vide Land Acquisition Case No.1/2016, in Rc.G/1807/2015, dated 30.10.2016 and submitted, on instructions, that the Land Acquisition Officer referred the issue to the Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Re-settlement Tribunal at Tirupathi, which was numbered as LAOP.No.101 of 2019, and the same is pending consideration, which is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view of the said statement, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
