Judgment
Mrs. Vinita Grover, Complainant appeared in person.
None appeared on behalf of the Respondents.
Mr. Nikhil Singh, Sub-Inspector appeared on behalf of the EOW, Delhi Police.
Mrs. Vinita Grover submitted that Hon’ble Authority may order refund of the deposit made by her with the Respondents along with interest.
Mr. Nikhil Singh, S.I. submitted a report dated 10.05.2022. We take this report on record. In the report it is submitted that Mr. Ashok Atri and Mr. Prabha Shankar Singh, two Directors of the company were arrested on 20.03.2021 and were released on interim bail. He has furnished the addresses of both the Directors of the company.
Subsequently the interim bail was cancelled by Court of Session. This order of the Session Court has been challenged before the Hon’ble High of Delhi.
The Hon’ble High Court has issued directions not to take coercive action against the two Directors in the case. The next date of hearing before the High Court is 20.07.2022.
Considering the above, we direct a fresh notice be issue to the Respondent company and also two Directors, Mr. Ashok Atri and Mr. Prabha Shankar Singh on the addresses given in the report to appear before the Authority.
