It is stated by learned counsel for the respondent that entire payment as per Memorandum of Settlement dated 07.05.2021 has been paid. On the other hand, it is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that in view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to approach this Tribunal in case of non-compliance of terms of Memorandum of Settlement dated 07.05.2021. Keeping in view the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to approach this Tribunal in case of non-compliance of terms of said memorandum of settlement.
