Judgment
Ld. Counsel Mr. Srenik S. Jain for the Applicant is present. There is no representation for the Respondent.
The Applicant has filed a memo of withdrawal stating that both the parties have entered into a Compromise-cum-Loan Agreement dated 27.04.2021 with the Corporate Debtor and he has sought permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to revive or file a fresh petition in respect of the subject-matter of the petition.
On hearing the representation of the Petitioner as well as perusing the previous proceedings, the Petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty as sought for, in accordance with law.
Accordingly, this IBA/372/2020 stands dismissed as withdrawn.
