Judgment
ORDER
Counsel for the parties are present. It is represented by the Ld. Counsel for the Petitioner that a Memorandum of Settlement has been entered into as between the parties and the copy of the same has also been furnished before this Tribunal on 10.03.2020. A perusal of the said Memorandum of Settlement shows that the parties have arrived at a settlement and under para 7 the following is reflected : -
“7.In case of failure of compliance of any of the above mentioned covenants, the Parties are at the liberty to agitate the same before a Court of Law or Tribunal having jurisdiction”
Taking into consideration the said Memorandum of Settlement dated 09.03.2020 as well as Rule 8 of I&B (AAA), Rules, 2016, this Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. File to records.
