Counsel for the operational-creditor and counsel for the corporate-debtor and counsel for the IRP are present. Corporate-debtor has moved a joint application wherein it is stated that the operational-creditor acknowledges the receipt of the dues received from the corporate-debtor towards full and final settlement by the corporate-debtor to the operational-creditor. The application filed for withdrawal of the matter is taken on record. The counsel for IRP has also consented and IRP has submitted that certain efforts are made by IRP in the matter to pursue the parties to settle the dispute. Counsel for the corporate-debtor also undertakes to make payment to IRP the costs and expenses in the matter. The matter is dismissed as withdrawn. Having regard to the above the insolvency proceedings have come to an end. Dasti is allowed.
