Heard the submissions made by the Learned Counsels for the Petitioner Ms. Deepa Sharma as well as IRP. IRP has confirmed that no amount is due towards the services rendered by him including the expenses. The Learned Counsel for the Operational Creditor has also acknowledged the receipt of the due amount and submitted that application for withdrawal of the matter in terms of Section 12 (A) is allowed. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the matter is treated as dismissed as the same was withdrawn. The corporate-debtor is free from clutches of Insolvency Resolution process under IBC.
