ORDER
IA-3183/ND/2020 is an application filed by Operational Creditor seeking to withdraw the insolvency application IB-1267/ND/2019 and terminate the CIRP initiated by IRP on 28.07.2019. CIRP stands terminated and Mr. Sanjay Aggarwal is discharged as IRP of Corporate Debtor. Mr. Sanjay Aggarwal further states that no assets or documents of the Corporate Debtor were received.
