ORDER
Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. Viraj Parikh a/w. Mr. Medhavin Bhatt i/b MV Law Partners and brought to the notice of this Bench that the Corporate Debtor is already undergoing CIRP before Court-II in another Company Petition bearing no. 959 of 2022 vide admission order dated 04.05.2023.
In view of the above admission order, the present Company Petition as well as all pending applications becomes infructuous and disposed of granting liberty to the Operational Creditor to put forth their claim before the IRP.
