The applicant filed OA No.2025/2019 before this Tribunal in relation to the selection to the post of Educational and Vocational Guidance Counselor in the year 2017 referable to an advertisement issued on 30.12.2017. The OA was disposed of on 11.03.2020 directing the respondents to pass order on the representation dated 22.04.2019 submitted by the applicant. This CP is filed by the applicant alleging that the respondents did not pass any order on the representation submitted by him.

We heard Shri Keerthi Priyan, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Girish Jha, learned counsel for the respondents.

It is no doubt true that by the time, the CP was filed, the respondents did not take any steps. The fact, however, remains that on 21.08.2020, an order was passed rejecting the claim of the applicant. With that, the order in the OA stands complied with. If the applicant is not satisfied with the order passed by the respondents, she has to pursue the remedies in accordance with law. The contempt petition is accordingly closed.
