Mr. Justice L. Narasimha Reddy:
This contempt case is filed alleging that the respondents did not comply with the order dated 17.07.2020 passed by this Tribunal in O.A. No.910/2020. The O.A. was disposed of with direction that the respondents shall process the case of the applicant along with other similarly situated candidates. Today, it is reported that the case of the applicant was considered and on being selected, his dossier was forwarded to the user department and his name was nominated for the post.

In view of this development, the order passed by this order stands complied with. Accordingly, the C.P is closed. No costs.
