ORDER
Ld. Counsels for the parties are present. It is represented by the Counsel for the Petitioner that in view of the schedule of payment which was furnished by the Corporate Debtor, the Petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition. From the record of this Tribunal, it is seen that schedule of payment has also been filed with Diary No.1263 dated 19.02.2020. Taking into consideration the said representation made by the Counsel for the Petitioner as well as Rule 8 of I&B (Application to Adjudicating Authority) Rules, 2016, this application stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty given to the Petitioner to come before this Tribunal afresh in case the Corporate Debtor fails to adhere to the schedule of payment as filed before this Tribunal dated 19.02.2020.
