Judgment
This is an application filed by the financial creditor with a prayer for withdrawal of the CP. No. (IB)-26(PB)/2019 on the ground that the parties have reached an amicable out of court settlement resolving all the grievances of the applicant-financial creditor in respect of the corporate debtor. It has also been stated that all grievances are resolved to their complete satisfaction subject to compliance to the agreed terms by the corporate debtor. However, no copy of settlement deed has been placed on record.

In view of the above the application is allowed and the company petition No. (IB)-26(PB)/2019 is dismissed as withdrawn.
