None for the applicant.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents states that the matter has become infructuous inasmuch as the relief sought by the applicant has since been granted to him that is why perhaps the counsel for the applicant has not been appearing on repeated dates. In support of that he has filed an affidavit on 03.12.2019.
On checking up from the record, it is found that on 02.03.2022, 13.05.2022, 04.08.2022, 28.09.2022 and on date there is no representation from the side of the applicant.
We would have dismissed the OA for non prosecution, however, in view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondents which is duly supported by an affidavit, the OA is disposed of. No order as to costs.
