Judgment
Heard Mr. A. Dheeraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. M. Krishna, learned standing counsel for the respondents No.2 to 4 - GHMC.
Learned standing counsel for GHMC submitted that representation of the petitioner dated 06.10.2025 under Right to Information Act, 2005, for issuing relevant documents furnished by the respondent No.6 seeking building permission for land admeasuring 77 sq. yards, in Sy.Nos.75, 76 and 77, South Side of Plot No.18, Meerpet Village, Balapur Revenue Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, will be considered in accordance with law.
Recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 to consider the RTI application of the petitioner dated 06.10.2025 and pass orders, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date for receipt of a copy of this order. As this order is passed without entering into merits of the case, notice to respondents No.6 to 9 is dispensed with. However, if the respondents No.6 to 9 are aggrieved by this order, in any manner, they are at liberty to seek modification of the order.
The miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as costs.
