It is a matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and the defacto complainant. The petitioners are in-laws of the defacto complainant.
The learned counsel for the defacto complainant would submit that the matter can be referred to the Mediation Centre for settlement for which the petitioner is also agreed for that purpose.
The first accused namely Saranraj, S/o. Krishnan, V.P.Sathukkam, IInd street, Petchiamman Padithurai, Madurai, is suo motu impleaded as second respondent to this petition.
Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
At request of both sides, the matter is referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench. The parties are directed to appear before the Mediation Centre on 16.08.2023. The Mediation Centre shall issue notice to the parties in this petition and the defacto complainant namely Nandhini, for their appearance on the said date, for mediation through online. The second petitioner and the first accused be present before the mediator on that date.
List on 28.08.2023, after getting mediation report.
There shall be an order of interim protection to the petitioner till then.
