The issue is between the husband and wife. The petitioners are in-laws of the defacto complainant. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the first accused is in Singapore. The defacto complainant insisted upon the first accused to come down to Tamil Nadu and live with her. The learned counsel for the defacto complainant would submit that only demanding the dowry the above said harassment has been made. They are ready for settlement for reunion.
2.For exploring the possibility of settlement, the defacto complainant namely Baby Shamili, W/o. Sangar Ganesh, D.No.9/19, South Devi Stree, Srirangam, Trichirappalli 620 006, is suo motu impleaded as second respondent in this matter, so also the first accused namely Sangar Ganesh, S/o Balasubramanian, No.1/109, Kudiyana Stree, Pullmangalam (P)., Koothanallur, Thiruvarur (D) 610 206, who is now residing in Singapore, is suo motu impleaded as third respondent in this case. Registry is directed carry out necessary amendments in this regard.
3.The matter is referred to the Mediation Centre attached to this Bench. The Mediation Centre shall appoint a Mediator, who is in capable of conducting the Mediation through online. The Mediator shall file his report after completing the Mediation.
4.The counsel for the petitioners shall inform the first accused about the order passed by this Court regarding Mediation.
5.Let the parties appear before the Mediation Centre on 29.08.2023. The Mediation Centre shall issue notice to the parties.
6.List the matter on 07.09.2023 after receiving the Mediation Report.
7.Till such time, there shall be an order of interim protection to the petitioners.
