Heard learned counsels for petitioner and for State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Tarhashi P.S. Case No.54 of 2026, for offence registered under section 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 117(2), 109, 126(2), 352 of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Palamau.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner happened to be a lady and initially the complaint case was lodged which was converted into FIR. He next submits that one of the lady has been granted anticipatory bail by the learned Sessions Judge by the impugned order itself, however, the anticipatory bail of the petitioner has been rejected.

Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that the allegations are there of assault and pursuant to which the injury has been received by three persons.

On perusal of the contents of the FIR, it transpires that identical is the allegation against the petitioner as of Manita Devi and said Manita Devi has been granted anticipatory bail by the learned Sessions Judge by the impugned order, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner.

Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before learned court within three weeks from today, and in event of her surrender/arrest, petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Palamau, in connection with Tarhashi P.S. Case No.54 of 2026, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
