IA Nos. 468/2021, 116/2022 & CP (IB) No. 113/Chd/Pb/2021
Heard on IA No. 116/2022, which is filed for withdrawal of CP (IB) No. 113/Chd/Pb/2021 on the ground that parties have arrived at settlement. Copy of settlement agreement has been placed on record. As per settlement the entire payment has been paid and it is jointly submitted by learned counsel for parties that no amount remains due. The application is supported by an affidavit. Keeping in view the statement of learned counsel for applicant/petitioner/operational creditor and in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, IA No. 166/2022 is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
