ORDER
IA-1683/2022 – This IA is filed by the IRP/Applicant Sushant Sudhakar Yeola of the Corporate Debtor under section 12-A of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 read with Rule 11 of the NCLT Rules, 2016. The Counsel representing the IRP brought to the notice of this Bench that the parties have settled the matter to the tune of Rs. 9,40,000/- (Rupees Nine Lakhs Forty Thousand only). The Counsel appearing for the Operational Creditor also confirmed that she has received the amount of settlement. She has further confirmed that the fee indicated in the CIRP Admission Order of Rupees Two Lakhs, has also been paid to the IRP. The Counsel appearing for the IRP confirmed the fact that he has received the IRP costs. Having considered the submissions of both the sides and on perusal of the contentions and averments made in the application, this Bench is satisfied with the fact that the matter can be withdrawn. Accordingly IA-1683/2022 is allowed and C.P.(IB)/4105/(MB)2019 stands closed. All IAs in the matter stands disposed of.
