This petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 27.07.2026 passed in ABA No.3898 of 2026 arising out of Pakur (Town) PS Case No.123 of 2026.

2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has gone to surrender before the learned court, however, the name of the petitioner has been inadvertently typed in the petition as ‘Md. Jiyaul Rahman’ and in the Aadhar Card the name of the petitioner is ‘Md. Ziaul Rahman’. He next submits that correct spelling of his name is “Md. Ziaul Rahman”, however, in the petition it has been incorrectly typed as ‘Md. Ziyaul Rahman’. He next submits that the same may kindly be modified in the order dated 27.07.2026 passed in ABA No.3898 of 2026 and further time may kindly be extended to surrender before the learned court concerned.

3.

Learned counsel for the respondent State submits that in the petition itself the spelling of the name of the petitioner was wrongly typed and in view of above, the same has occurred inadvertently.

4.

Let the spelling of the name of the petitioner be read as “Md. Ziaul Rahman”, in place of, ‘Md. Ziyaul Rahman’ in the order dated 27.07.2026 passed in ABA No.3898 of 2026.

5.

Since the same has occurred inadvertently, two weeks’ further time, from today, is now extended to surrender before the learned court concerned.

6.

The Order dated 27.07.2026 passed in ABA No.3898 of 2026 is, hereby, modified to the above effect.

7.

The rest of the said Order is kept intact.

8.

This petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
