Judgment
This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed for modification of order dated 17.5.2024 passed in M.Cr.C. No.18326/2024.
It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that in kafiyat report, name of applicant's father is mentioned as Shakeel Khan. However, due to inadvertence in the cause title of the order dated 17.5.2024 passed in M.Cr.C.No.18326/2024, name of applicant's father has been mentioned as "Salim Khan"; whereas the correct name of applicant's father is "Shakeel Khan". Hence, he prayed for modification of order dated 17/05/2024 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 18326/2024.
In aforesaid circumstances, it would be appropriate to modify the order dated 17.05.2024 passed by this Court in M.Cr.C. No.18326/2024.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case coupled with the kafiyat report, this application is allowed and the name of applicant's father be read as Shakeel Khan in place of "Salim Khan".
To the aforesaid extent, the order dated 17.5.2024 passed in M.Cr.C.No.18326/2024 stands modified.
This order shall be read conjointly with the order dated 17.5.2024 passed in M.Cr.C. No.18326/2024.
With the aforesaid, the application is disposed of.
Let the file be consigned to record room.
