Judgment

Heard Mr. N. Jotendro, learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioners, Mr. RK. Umakanta, learned Government Advocate appearing for the
respondents No. 1, 2 & 3 and Mr. M. Devananda, learned counsel appearing for the applicants.
As directed by this Court, the D.C. has filed an affidavit, however, on examination of the said affidavit, this Court is of the view that the relevant
records in connection with the present case and which is in custody of the D.C., Thoubal needs to be examined by this Court.In view of the above, the
learned Government Advocate is directed to produce and place before this Court the official record pertaining to receiving of the performance report
in respect of Lilong Assembly Constituency.
List this cases again on 20.07.2021 as part heard matters
Earlier interim order shall continue till the next date.
Copy of this order be furnished to all the counsel appearing for the parties through their respective Whatsapp/e-mail.
