Judgment
Ahanthem Bimol Singh, J
Mr. Anjan Prasad Sahu, learned counsel appeared on behalf of the petitioners, Mr. Y. Ashang, learned Government Advocate appeared for the respondents No. 1 & 2 and Mr. Tamphamani, learned Government Advocate appeared for the respondents No. 3, 5 to 8, 12 to 15, 17 & 18.
This Court last ordered the Government Advocate to find out whether the documents annexed by the petitioner at Page No. 34 of the writ petition or the documents annexed by the private respondents at Page No. 41 of the connected misc. case No. 314 of 2022 is genuine document.
Today, the learned Government Advocate submitted at the bar that as per the relevant Government records, it has been ascertained that the documents produced by the private respondents are the genuine documents. In view of the submissions made above, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks one week’s time to get necessary instructions in this regard.
As prayed for, list this case again on 23.11.2022.
Earlier interim order shall continue till the next date.
