ORDER
Learned PCS Mr. Vinit Nagar appeared for the Operational Creditor. Learned Counsel Ms. Shaili A Shah appeared for the Corporate Debtor. Learned PCS appearing on behalf of Operational Creditor submits that matter has already been settled and seeks permission to withdraw the application. Learned Counsel for the Corporate Debtor confirms the fact submitted by Learned PCS for the Operational Creditor.
Considering the statement made by both of them at bar, we allow them to withdraw the application. Accordingly, CP(IB) 517 of 2019 stands withdrawn and disposed of with liberty to get it revived, in case, settlement fails.
