Judgment

Heard Ms.Kavitha J, learned counsel appearing on behalf Sri.Uday Kumar H.B. for petitioners, Sri.V.S.Hegde, learned SPP-II appearing for
respondent Nos.1 to 3 and Smt.Anu Chengappa, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.4.
Learned counsel appearing for petitioners after having argued the matter for sometime seeks leave of the court to withdraw the petition on the
ground that mother of the minor child - Ms.Gaganashree, who had delivered a child has attained majority and as such mother of the minor child would
like to prosecute her claim by filing a fresh petition.
Said memo for withdrawal is placed on record and petition is dismissed as withdrawn without expressing any opinion on merits and liberty is granted
to the petitioners subject to just exceptions including the maintainability of probable petition which would be filed, as it is stated by learned counsel
appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and 4 that parent or guardian of the minor child has to approach fourth respondent for appropriate orders being
passed for custody of minor child.
