Counsel for the petitioner orally submits that the petition may be dismissed as withdrawn. When queried, counsel for the petitioner submits that a conscious decision is taken about the withdrawal of the petition and if an order is passed the petitioner shall not seek review of the order or modification of the order. Petitioner also submits that the memo for withdrawal may be dismissed as not pressed.
