O R D E R

TA (AT) No. 289/2021 (Company Appeal (AT) No. 137/2020):

The Learned Counsel appearing for the ‘Appellant’ in TA (AT) No.289/2021 (CA(AT) No.137/2020) Mr. Devadipta Das informs this ‘Tribunal’, that the Parties have arrived at a `Settlement’, between them. Hence, the Learned Counsel for the ‘Appellant’, seeks permission from this ‘Tribunal’, to withdraw the TA (AT) No.289/2021 (CA (AT) No.137/2020), the instant TA (AT) No.289/2021 (CA (AT) No.137/2020) is hereby ‘dismissed as withdrawn’. No costs.

The Learned Counsel appearing for the ‘Appellant’ Mr. Upinder Singh, informs this ‘Tribunal’, that the Parties have arrived at a `Settlement’, between them. Even though, on behalf of the ‘Appellant’ in TA (AT) No.293/2021 (CA (AT) No.236/2020), the Learned Counsel for the ‘Appellant’ on record Mr. S. Vivekananda, has not appeared, before this ‘Tribunal’, hence, this ‘Tribunal’, on being informed that the instant TA (AT) No.293/2021 (CA (AT) No.236/2020) is connected with TA (AT) No.289/2021 (CA (AT) No.137/2020) & TA(AT) No.290/2021 (CA (AT) No.164/2020), accepting the submission from ‘Respondent Nos.1 to 4’ in TA (AT) No.293/2021 (CA (AT) No.236/2020) and accordingly, TA (AT) No.293/2021 (CA (AT) No.236/2020) is ‘dismissed’. No costs. The connected pending `Interlocutory Applications’, if any, stands closed.

It is open to the concerned `Parties’, to approach the ‘Adjudicating Authority’ / ‘Tribunal’, is required to file appropriate `Application’, as per `Law’, and seek appropriate remedy in this regard.
